Chukke documentation
Support Diagnostics
Inspect sanitized local diagnostics and create a reviewable support report.
Chukke keeps sanitized diagnostics locally to help troubleshoot technical failures. There is no automatic upload or background support submission.
What diagnostics contain
Diagnostic records use fixed technical event codes and system information. They are designed to exclude:
- documents and prompts
- model responses
- credentials
- filenames and workspace paths
- provider endpoints
- settings
- raw error text
Logs are retained for no more than seven days and capped at 10 MB in total.
Inspect or clear local diagnostics
Open Settings > Storage to inspect diagnostic storage, export an inspectable ZIP, or clear the diagnostic logs.
Report an issue
- Choose Help > Report an Issue….
- Add a short summary and describe what happened.
- Optionally include the expected result and steps to reproduce.
- Decide whether to include sanitized diagnostics.
- Choose where to save the ZIP.
- Review the email draft and inspect the ZIP before sending or attaching it.
The App Store build reveals the saved ZIP in Finder when manual attachment is required. Chukke never sends the email automatically.
Continue without diagnostics
If you cancel the save panel or do not want to share diagnostics, continue without them. A clear description and reproducible steps can still be enough to investigate an issue.
